Does Ohavah work with my supplier?
Yes. Ohavah reads any supplier invoice or purchase order PDF. It works with all major wholesale brands and marketplaces, and handles any format your supplier sends.
How does the free trial work?
You get a full week to try everything Ohavah offers. A credit card is required to start your trial, but you can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
How accurate is the data extraction?
Ohavah extracts product names, variants, sizes, colors, and pricing from your invoices, with over 95% accuracy on average. It handles the formatting, markup calculations, and Shopify-compatible CSV generation automatically. You can always review and adjust before importing.
Do I need to change how I order from suppliers?
Not at all. Keep ordering the way you always have. Just upload the invoice or PO you receive and Ohavah takes it from there.
What about product images?
Photo Finder lets you search for product images by SKU or product name across 15+ brands. You can also use our image tools to touch up photos and generate studio-quality results.
How does Ohavah get products into Shopify?
Ohavah generates a Shopify-compatible CSV file with all your products, variants, and pricing. You upload that file into Shopify and your products go live in seconds. You never need to open or edit the CSV file, simply grab it from your Downloads folder.
Can multiple people on my team use Ohavah?
Yes. The Boutique plan includes 1 user seat. The Team plan supports up to 4 users with team accounts and permissions. Enterprise plans offer unlimited users.
Does Ohavah work with both Lightspeed R Series and X Series?
Yes. Ohavah generates import files compatible with both Lightspeed R Series (Retail) and X Series (formerly Vend). You can use the same file format for either platform.
How do I get products from Ohavah into Lightspeed?
Ohavah generates a CSV file with all your products, variants, and pricing. In Lightspeed R Series, use Import Items under Inventory. In X Series, use the Import button on the Products page. Your products will be live in seconds.
My suppliers send invoices in all different formats. Will Ohavah still work?
Ohavah reads any supplier invoice or purchase order PDF. It handles different layouts, column orders, and formatting automatically. You do not need to standardize anything on your end.
Can I adjust pricing and markup before importing?
Absolutely. Ohavah lets you set markup rules, rounding preferences, and pricing overrides. You review everything before downloading the CSV, so nothing goes into Lightspeed without your approval.
Why do Lightspeed users switch to Ohavah for product imports?

Lightspeed's built-in product import works, but it was designed for stores that add a handful of products at a time. When you come back from Market with 15 invoices and 800 new SKUs, the manual entry process becomes a multi-day project. Ohavah reads your invoices and generates import files that Lightspeed accepts directly, for both R Series and X Series.
